Common questions about pricing
Each physical robot arm running EmbodyX software counts as one arm seat. If you have three UR5 arms on a bin-picking line, that is three seats at $1,400 each per month. The seat covers the full inference stack, SDK adapter, and support SLA for that arm.
Yes. The 30-day Evaluation requires only a request form and a brief call to confirm your arm type and task. No payment information is collected until you decide to move to a paid plan.
Team plans are available on monthly and annual billing. Annual billing receives a 15% discount. There is no minimum arm count commitment beyond the monthly invoice, so you can add or remove arm seats as deployments change.
All plans include adapter support for FANUC R-30iB, KUKA KR C4 and KR C5, Universal Robots UR3e through UR16e, ABB OmniCore, and Yaskawa Motoman DX200 and YRC1000. Custom URDF adapters are available on Enterprise. New OEM integrations are released regularly.
By default, inference runs on an edge compute module installed at your facility. No production data leaves your network during operation. An optional cloud management plane handles model updates, monitoring, and analytics. Enterprise customers can opt for full air-gap deployment with no outbound connectivity.
The platform software stops issuing new motion commands at the end of day 30. The arm defaults to its previous controller behavior. Your evaluation data and configuration are retained for 60 days if you decide to move to a Team plan. There is no automatic charge.
